I have just made a purchase online and…

I have just made a purchase online and spent over £200. I cannot believe I still had to pay £5 postage! Free collection is great if your store is close by and easily accessible.

One of my favourite clothes shop

One of my favourite clothes shop. Love their website. Easy to order. Good quality and very trendy clothing. Fast delivery and super easy to return unwanted items. I can't comment on about their customer service, since I have never needed to contact them.Over all I am happy with Reiss

Best returns experience and reliable…

Best returns experience and reliable quality. In lockdown the returns process becomes so important and I’ve had loads of problems with other companies using services that are hard to access etc. Reiss is by far the best, by allowing pick up at home they create a great customer experience. I order from them as my experience had been that you can rely on them for good quality clothes, every time

I have always been a fan of REISS

I have always been a fan of REISS, I continue to like them but... For the price they really need to focus on quality, I get annoyed at seeing expensive items made of polyester. Secondly, their sizes are all over the place recently. I am a size 8 and I have been buying some size 6's recently (I'm definitely not a size 6!)The reason I have rated them highly is because overall, I like the style and the staff and I want them to survive this pandemic! Let's supported British businesses!

Misleading item descriptions; poor quality

This shop uses misleading language to sell low-quality products at inflated prices.I bought Reiss's 'Crescent' cufflinks. These were listed as 'Rhodium metal', so I assumed that they were rhodium-plated. Rhodium plating makes jewellery very corrosion-resistant, so this was a big attraction. However, they looked odd when I got them so I double checked with customer services. It turns out that these cufflinks were actually brass, no rhodium content whatsoever. I can only assume that the phrase 'Rhodium metal' was meant to imply that this was a description of colour rather than content (e.g. 'gold' or 'silver' coloured). This is still very misleading, not least because 'rhodium-coloured' isn't a common reference point in the way that 'silver-coloured' would be.I sent them back and was refunded quickly. But I don't like the way that this company tried to trick me into paying a premium for cheap tat. I will not buy anything from Reiss ever again.

A delight to trade with....

Buying clothes for feature films may sound glamorous but let me assure you it is not. However, a handful of retailers are a delight to trade with, and Reiss are one of them. Highly recommended, any problems sorted within 12 hours, including refunds. Charlatans like Tessuti, Office Shoes (Offspring) and Coggles need to learn from excellent retail clients like Riess, End Clothing, Matchesfashion etc... Buy with confidence from Reiss. But the others mentioned above avoid like the plague.

I buy a lot from Reiss

I buy a lot from Reiss, but not always quality expected for the price. Recently £145 jumper. I am picking pieces of the floor all day long. Pilling everywhere, I'll have no jumper left soon. Rubbish.

Poor quality products

Reiss have some really lovely and modern styles which makes a nice change. However, it’s grossly overpriced as the materials are poor quality and badly finished. At these prices everything should be silk and cashmere! Sadly it’s all cheap man made rubbish that will look crap after a couple of wears!

They do not deserve 1

They don't deserve 1. Reiss has terrible customer service. The company looks as luxurious but when it comes to real customer problem they don't do anything. I had an international delivery, and DHL charged extra money for that. Reiss sent me lots of promising emails that they will cover the cost and it never happened. Why they kept lying to me that they sent money to my bank account and never done it?! Also, the quality is terrible. My sister ordered a dress, and it falls apart after only wearing it twice.

Brilliant Service

I can only speak as I find. I entered the Hampstead branch and was greeted with a smile and a welcome "hello" from Lorraine and her assistant who were both knowledgeable about their stock, advised me on sizing and put together a great outfit for me. I needed to return one item and Brent Cross was a closer option and I received the same great service and politeness from them too. It goes to show what fantastic staff training Reiss give to their members, so massive song for their praises! Thank you Reiss group, and PLEASE let Lorraine know in Hampstead how fab she was!
